I’m Brian and I volunteer at the Secret Garden. I volunteer for the history group and the gardening group!
I am really enjoying the history side of the Project. We are making a route around St Fagans Museum that will be accessible for people with disabilities and teach them about history.
I am a pretty good artist too. I have been drawing and painting on card, slate and wood. I create artwork about the museum. I have painted the Ysgubor Fawr cottage. This was shown in the exhibition about the history of Ysgubor Fawr. Ysgubor Fawr is the name of the white cottage in the Secret Garden.
I went to a celebration event for the volunteers. The Museum staff wanted to thank us for our hard work. Here, there was an art teacher who helped me to create some new paintings. I loved doing this.
